About Our Owner
Ms. Fone Anan has more than 15 years of experience in high-end restaurants and the hospitality industry. She was a sushi and Asian food chef for 13 years at Bar Masa; a leading Michelin star restaurant in New York. Later, Anan joined Mariott Hotels for 3 years. Last summer, she opened a food business at Bangkok Street Food. With her dedication to the food industry, she put her creativity into every dish and established her own restaurant, Thai Station Café, to offer the best selection of Thai food in Babylon, NY.
